Planning a home improvement project?

Please review the indentures under our Governing documents, section III, paragraph 9 (pages 6-7) for types of projects that must be approved through the HOA. Fill out the form found under the tab titled, “HOA Project Approval Form”, and contact one of our trustees. They will work with their fellow trustees and follow up with you as quickly as possible.
